Questions about this item

Will the fan or capacitors need replacement during the life of this 255W SFF power supply?

The unit is new and rated at 255 watts; typical SFF supplies run for years before fan bearings or electrolytic capacitors wear out.

What limit appears first when this 255W unit runs at full load continuously?

The 255 watt maximum output is the hard ceiling; sustained draw at that level will hit the overload protection before any thermal limit.
