Business-ready 14-inch laptop

The Dell Latitude 3000 3450 is a 14-inch business notebook built for everyday office tasks. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a dual-core Intel Core i3-4005U processor at 1.7 GHz with 16 GB of DDR3 memory. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 drives the 1366 x 768 LED display.

SSD and optical drive included

A 128 GB SATA solid-state drive provides the boot volume and primary storage for documents. The chassis also integrates a DVD-RW drive for legacy media access or software installation. This combination covers both modern responsiveness and optical media needs without extra peripherals.

HDMI and VGA for external displays

The grey chassis offers both HDMI and VGA outputs, letting you connect to modern monitors or older projectors without adapters. A built-in webcam supports video calls. The non-touch LED screen and standard clamshell design suit desk-based work rather than tablet-style use.

Questions about this item

Can the 16 GB DDR3 memory be upgraded later?

The system ships with 16 GB DDR3 installed; the supplier data does not confirm whether additional slots are free or the maximum supported capacity.

What limits performance first during long workloads on the Core i3-4005U?

The dual-core 1.70 GHz processor with 3 MB L3 cache and integrated HD Graphics 5500 will reach its thermal and compute ceiling before the 128 GB SATA SSD becomes a bottleneck.

How loud and hot does the 14" 1366 x 768 LED panel and i3-4005U get after hours of use?

The 14.0" WLED-backlit display and low-power 1.7 GHz dual-core CPU run cool and quiet under typical office loads; fan noise only rises during sustained heavy tasks.
