Ready for multitasking workloads

The DELL Latitude 3520 combines an Intel Core i5-1145G7 processor at 2.60 GHz with 32GB of memory and a 512GB NVMe drive. This configuration suits professionals and students who run multiple applications, virtual machines or large datasets simultaneously. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment in managed environments.

Thermals and power in daily use

Integrated graphics and a 60 Hz HD panel keep the power envelope modest during typical office tasks. The 15.5 inch chassis provides sufficient surface area for passive heat dissipation when the system idles or handles light productivity loads. Fan activity remains low during document editing and web browsing sessions.

Connectivity and daily practicality

A single Thunderbolt 4 port supports high-speed peripherals and external displays while three USB 3.0 ports accommodate legacy accessories. Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 cover wired and wireless networking needs. The non-touch HD screen and included AC adapter complete a package built for standard office mobility.

Questions about this item

How do I add the 512 GB NVMe drive, and which slot do I use?

The 512 GB NVMe drive is already installed as the primary boot device; no extra slot is required unless you add a second drive.

What will need replacement first — the battery or the 32 GB memory?

The internal battery will degrade after several hundred charge cycles, while the 32 GB soldered memory never requires replacement.

When does the Core i5-1145G7 hit its thermal limit during a long render?

Sustained loads push the integrated graphics and CPU to their thermal ceiling, causing the 60 Hz fan profile to throttle clocks until the workload eases.
