Business laptop with 15.6" HD display

The Dell Latitude 3520 is a 2021 business laptop built around an Intel Core i7-1165G7 quad-core processor that reaches 4.7 GHz turbo. It ships with 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD, running Windows 10 Pro on a 15.6-inch non-touch screen at 1366 x 768 resolution.

16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD capacity

Sixteen gigabytes of memory handles typical office multitasking, web browsing and light content creation without swapping. The 512 GB solid-state drive holds the operating system, applications and a moderate working set of files; larger media libraries or virtual-machine images will require external storage.

Ports and integrated graphics change daily workflow

HDMI 1.4, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 port, RJ-45 Ethernet, an audio jack and a uSD 3.0 card reader cover standard peripheral needs. Integrated graphics drive the built-in display and a single external monitor, while the 4.5 mm barrel connector supplies power.

Questions about this item

Will the USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports work with my older USB 2.0 peripherals?

Yes, the USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports are backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices, so existing peripherals will function at USB 2.0 speeds.

How can I verify the Intel Core i7-1165G7 is reaching its 4.7 GHz turbo frequency under load?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a monitoring tool like HWMonitor while running a demanding task; the CPU clock speed should show up to 4.70 GHz on active cores.

Does the box include a USB-C charger or do I need to buy a separate 4.5 mm barrel adapter?

The laptop ships with a 4.5 mm barrel power adapter; there is no USB-C power delivery mentioned, so no separate USB-C charger is required or included.
