Built for multi-tasking on the move

The Dell Latitude 5450 is a 14-inch mainstream laptop released in 2024. It ships new with an Intel Core Ultra 7 165U dodeca-core processor and 32 GB of memory. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed. The Titan Gray chassis targets professionals who need reliable performance across varied workloads.

Integrated connectivity and security

LTE Advanced support keeps the system online without relying solely on Wi-Fi. Intel vPro technology adds hardware-based manageability and security features for IT fleets. The 1920 x 1080 Full HD display provides a clear workspace for everyday tasks.

Storage and memory headroom

A 512 GB solid-state drive holds the operating system and active projects with reasonable space to spare. The 32 GB memory allocation handles heavy multi-tab browsing and concurrent business applications comfortably. Users working with large local media libraries or virtual machines will find the drive capacity limiting.

Questions about this item

Is the 512 GB SSD user-replaceable if it wears out later?

The Latitude 5450 chassis is designed for service access, so the 512 GB drive can be swapped by removing the bottom cover.

What thermal limit appears first when the dodeca-core Core Ultra 7 165U runs flat out?

Sustained loads push the processor to its configurable power ceiling, which the advanced thermal system manages by throttling frequency.

How much fan noise and surface heat should I expect during an all-day workload?

Under continuous multi-tasking the fans stay audible but low-pitched, and the palm-rest area remains warm rather than hot.
