Business travel companion

The Latitude 5490 is a 14-inch Windows 10 Pro laptop built around a quad-core Intel Core i7-8650U processor, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD for quick boot and load times.

Not for graphics-heavy workloads

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles office applications and video playback but cannot drive 3D rendering, CAD or modern gaming titles. Buyers who need discrete GPU performance or a touchscreen should look elsewhere.

Quad-core 15W processor decides fit

The i7-8650U runs at 1.9GHz base with 8MB cache and a 15W thermal design, delivering responsive multi-threaded performance for business multitasking while preserving battery life on the move.
