Best for standard office work

This unit suits users who need a reliable machine for everyday productivity, web browsing and document editing. The integrated Iris Xe graphics handle typical office visuals. Buyers who want more storage capacity than 128GB or a dedicated graphics processor for intensive creative or engineering tasks should look at a different specification.

The installed solid-state drive provides 128GB of space, though actual usable capacity may range between 120GB and 128GB. This single figure determines whether the laptop can hold your operating system, applications and active files without requiring an immediate upgrade or external storage.

Questions about this item

Will my existing USB-A mouse and keyboard work with the Dell Latitude 5520?

The specification lists zero USB ports, so standard USB-A peripherals will not connect without a dock or hub.

Does the 16 GB of installed memory leave a second slot free for an upgrade?

The laptop has two memory slots in total, so one slot remains available for additional RAM.

How can I verify the Intel Iris Xe graphics are active after installing Windows 11 Pro?

Open Device Manager, expand Display adapters, and confirm Intel Iris Xe Graphics appears without error codes.
