Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports keep legacy peripherals connected. Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g and Bluetooth 5.1 cover wired and wireless networks. A microSD card reader supports quick file offload from cameras or phones.

Durable grey chassis tested for daily transport

Questions about this item

Can the 16 GB DDR4 be upgraded later, and what is the ceiling?

The board accepts up to 32 GB of DDR4, so the installed 16 GB can be doubled with compatible modules.

What thermal ceiling appears first when the Core i5 1145G7 runs at 2.6 GHz under a continuous load?

The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics share the same thermal budget as the CPU, so sustained heavy work will hit the combined package limit before either component alone.

How loud and hot does the 15.6 inch chassis get when the Thunderbolt 3 ports and Gigabit Ethernet are active all day?

The slim profile relies on a single fan; expect noticeable airflow noise and warm keyboard deck temperatures during prolonged high-throughput sessions.
