Product identity

This Dell Latitude 5520 laptop pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with 16GB of memory and a 256GB SSD. The 15.6-inch FHD display runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution and uses integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed with a recovery image.

Setup check

Confirm the laptop meets your port requirements because the specification lists zero USB ports. Verify that integrated graphics and a non-touch screen suit your workflow. Ensure the 16GB memory capacity matches current and near-term needs since the unit ships with two slots populated.

Upgrade context

This model replaces an older Latitude or similar business notebook when you need a faster 3.00GHz Core i7 and solid-state storage. The jump is worthwhile if your current machine struggles with multitasking or boot times. Buyers who want a dedicated GPU, a touchscreen, or more than 256GB of internal storage should look elsewhere.
