Dell Latitude 5580 and Precision 3520 LCD Bezel

This genuine Dell front trim bezel fits 15.6 inch touchscreen models of the Latitude 5580 and Precision 3520. It replaces a damaged or missing plastic cover around the display panel. The part restores the original look and protects the screen edges.

For touchscreen models with standard HD webcam only

This bezel suits owners repairing a Latitude 5580 or Precision 3520 equipped with a touchscreen and the standard HD camera. It does not fit systems with the optional IR infrared webcam. Buyers needing a bezel for non-touch or IR camera configurations should look at a different part.

Dell part number CKG77 confirms exact fit

Match the Dell part number CKG77 or the alternative numbers CDM80_LCD_BEZEL_SUB_ASSY_TS and AP1S4000700 before ordering. Using the correct part number ensures the bezel aligns with the touchscreen and standard HD webcam cutouts.

Questions about this item

Will the plastic clips on the CKG77 bezel become brittle and need replacement later?

The CKG77 is a genuine Dell original part moulded to factory tolerances, so the retention clips match the chassis design and do not require scheduled replacement.

What stops me from fitting this bezel on a Latitude 5580 that has the optional IR webcam?

The CKG77 bezel lacks the IR sensor cut-out, so it physically blocks the infrared camera module on those configurations.

Does the bezel trap heat against the touchscreen panel during all-day use?

The thin plastic trim sits proud of the LCD stack and does not contact the panel or backlight, so it adds no measurable thermal resistance.
