Dell Latitude 5590 business laptop

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 15.6 inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i5 8350U quad-core processor running at 1.7 GHz. It comes with 16GB of memory and a 256GB SSD for storage. The system runs Windows 10 Pro with an option for Windows 11 Pro upon request. It includes a backlit keyboard and an integrated webcam for video calls.

Sustained workload behaviour

The Intel UHD Graphics 620 uses shared system memory rather than dedicated video memory. Under sustained load the integrated graphics and processor share the same thermal envelope and memory bandwidth. The quad-core design handles multi-threaded business applications steadily. Performance remains consistent for typical office tasks without discrete graphics acceleration.

Practical interface limits

The display operates at a 1366x768 resolution on a 15.6 inch panel. Video output is provided through a single HDMI port for external monitors. Wireless connectivity includes Bluetooth for peripheral pairing. The SSD provides solid-state storage speeds within the constraints of the platform. The integrated graphics limit external display capabilities to the HDMI interface.
