Compact business laptop

The Latitude 7290 is a 12.5 inch Windows 10 Pro notebook built around an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.9 GHz with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB M.2 SATA SSD. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1366 x 768 HD non-touch display. It targets mobile professionals who need a lightweight, durable chassis for daily office applications and frequent travel.

Ports and expansion

Two USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI output, a Thunderbolt USB-C connection, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microSD card reader provide wired and wireless connectivity without a dock. The Thunderbolt link supports external GPUs, high-speed storage or additional displays, freeing internal slots for the single M.2 drive already installed. No optical drive is present, so software must arrive via network or USB media.

Included accessories

The package supplies the laptop, its battery and a charger so the system is ready to run immediately. Windows 10 Pro x64 is pre-installed, delivering BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop and domain-join capabilities for managed environments. The integrated webcam enables video calls without extra hardware, while the microSD slot simplifies photo or file transfer from cameras and phones.
