Dell Latitude 7290 12.5" Business Laptop

The Dell Latitude 7290 is a compact 12.5-inch business laptop built for mobile professionals. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory. A 512GB M.2 SATA SSD provides fast boot and load times. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles the 1366 x 768 HD display.

Suits frequent travellers; not for heavy graphics

This ultra-portable design suits frequent travellers and client-facing staff who need reliable productivity on the move. Thunderbolt 3 over USB-C, HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet cover docking and presentation needs. Buyers who want more storage capacity or a higher-resolution screen should look at other models. The integrated graphics limit 3D and video editing workloads.

512GB M.2 SATA SSD determines upgrade path

The single specification that decides fit is the 512GB M.2 SATA SSD. It uses the SATA protocol, so any future drive must also be M.2 SATA to work in this slot. Confirm the interface before purchasing a replacement or additional drive.
