Mobile Workstation for Professionals

The DELL Latitude 7300 is a 13.2" FHD laptop built for business users who need reliable performance on the move. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i7-8665U processor clocked at 1.90GHz. With 32GB of memory and a 512GB NVMe drive, it handles demanding applications, virtual machines and heavy multitasking without slowdown. The non-touch 1920 x 1080 display provides sharp visuals for documents and media.

Thermals and Power in Daily Use

The ultra-low-voltage i7-8665U chip keeps heat output modest during typical office workloads such as browsing, email and document editing. Fan noise stays low enough for quiet meeting rooms and open-plan offices. Power draw remains restrained, allowing the included AC adapter to recharge the battery quickly between sessions. Sustained creative tasks will raise temperatures slightly but the chassis manages the load without throttling.

Build Integration and Expandability

The compact 13.2" footprint frees desk space and slips easily into a slim briefcase or backpack. A built-in webcam, smartcard reader and Bluetooth support cover common enterprise peripherals without extra dongles. The 512GB NVMe drive leaves room for large project files while the 32GB memory ceiling removes the need for immediate RAM upgrades. Buyers who want more storage or additional ports will need external solutions.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 512GB NVMe drive and what step is often missed?

The drive is already fitted; the step people miss is enabling BitLocker in Windows 10 Pro after first boot.

What maintenance will the 32GB memory need later?

The memory is soldered and not upgradeable; keep vents clear and run Dell SupportAssist for firmware updates.

What limit appears first during sustained loads on the Core i7-8665U?

Thermal throttling typically activates before the 1.90GHz base clock can be held across all cores.
