Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1

The Dell Latitude 7390 is a 13.3-inch 2-in-1 convertible laptop built for mobile professionals who need a touch-enabled device running Windows 11 Pro. It combines an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U processor with 16 GB of onboard DDR4 memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD for responsive everyday performance.

Suits users needing a compact touch convertible

This configuration fits buyers who want a lightweight flip design with pen support, integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 and a spill-resistant keyboard. It is not for users who require discrete graphics, user-replaceable memory modules, or a larger display for multi-window workloads.

16 GB DDR4 memory is soldered and not upgradeable

The single specification that decides fit is the fixed 16 GB DDR4 capacity; there are no SO-DIMM slots for expansion. Buyers anticipating future memory needs should consider this constraint before purchase.

Questions about this item

How hot does the i5-8350U get during all-day workloads?

The 1.7 GHz quad-core chip boosts to 3.6 GHz under load; heat output scales with sustained turbo use and the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 adds to the thermal load.

What fan noise level should I expect when the 7390 runs continuously?

Fan speed ramps with CPU temperature; in typical office tasks noise stays low, while prolonged heavy loads raise airflow and audible fan sound.

Which ports and power adapter do I need to connect peripherals and charge this 2-in-1?

It provides USB 3.1 Gen 1, USB 3.1 Gen 1 PowerShare, USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 with DisplayPort, HDMI and a headset jack; the original Dell USB-C charger is required for power.
