13.3-inch business laptop

The Dell Latitude 7390 is a 13.3-inch laptop built for professionals who need reliable performance while mobile. It runs on an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor at 1.9GHz with 8MB cache. The system includes 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB SATA solid-state drive. A 1920 x 1080 Full HD display completes the core specification.

Suits mobile professionals, not heavy creators

This configuration suits business users who prioritise a compact form factor and solid-state responsiveness for office applications. The integrated graphics and 8GB memory limit its appeal for video editing, 3D rendering or modern gaming workloads. Buyers who need user-upgradeable memory or a larger screen should consider other form factors.

Quad-core 1.9GHz processor

The Intel Core i7-8650U provides four cores at 1.9GHz with 8MB cache, delivering sufficient throughput for typical productivity tasks. This CPU choice defines the performance ceiling for the platform.

SATA solid-state storage

The 256GB SATA solid-state drive offers faster boot and application loading compared to mechanical drives. The SATA interface determines the maximum sequential transfer rate for this storage device.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 8 GB DDR4 or look for a larger memory option?

The unit ships with 8 GB DDR4 soldered on board, so the capacity cannot be increased later; choose this configuration only if 8 GB meets your workload.

What does the 1.9 GHz quad-core i7-8650U deliver in daily use?

Four cores at 1.9 GHz with 8 MB cache handle office multitasking and web workloads smoothly; sustained speeds will vary with thermals in the 13.3" chassis.

How fast is the 256 GB SATA SSD in practice?

The 256 GB SATA drive provides solid-state responsiveness for boot and file access, limited by the SATA interface to typical SATA SSD throughput.
