Business professionals needing a portable work

The specification suits office tasks, web browsing and document editing on a 14.0 inch display. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics processor for rendering or gaming should look at a different system. Users requiring more than 500 GB of internal storage or a larger screen diagonal will need another model.

16 GB soldered memory configuration

The 16 GB of RAM is the fixed capacity that determines multitasking headroom for this device. It cannot be upgraded after purchase so the buying decision rests on whether this amount meets the workflow demand.

Questions about this item

Does the i7-8665U throttle under sustained workloads?

The 1.9 GHz base clock and 16 GB RAM handle typical business tasks; thermal limits will depend on chassis airflow and load duration.

How loud and hot does the 14.0" chassis get during all-day use?

Fan noise and surface temperature rise with continuous load; the compact 14.0" design relies on internal airflow to manage heat from the i7-8665U.

Which peripherals or docks are required to start working?

The box includes an AC adapter and functional battery; Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed, so only your network credentials and any external displays are needed.
