Dell Latitude 7420 14-inch touchscreen laptop

The Dell Latitude 7420 is a 14.0-inch business laptop with a touchscreen display. It runs Windows 11 Pro on a quad-core Intel Core i5-1145G7 processor with a 4.40 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 16GB of memory and a 2TB SSD for storage. Integrated graphics handle the 1920 x 1080 FHD panel.

Thunderbolt 4 ports with Power Delivery

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports provide data, video and charging through USB Type-C connectors. Each port supports Power Delivery and DisplayPort alternate mode for external monitors. A USB 3.2 Gen 1 port with power-share keeps devices charged while the laptop sleeps. HDMI 2.0 adds a second video output for legacy displays.

16GB memory and 2TB SSD are fixed

The 16GB of RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded after purchase. The 2TB solid-state drive is the only internal storage device installed. Buyers who need more memory or a second drive must choose a different configuration. The uSD 4.0 card reader offers removable storage expansion only.
