Questions about this item

Will the 256 GB NVMe SSD need replacement if I run out of space?

The 256 GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD is the primary storage; if capacity becomes a limit you would need to install a larger M.2 drive.

What limits sustained performance first on the 10-core i5-1245U?

The 10-core 1245U with 2 P-cores and 8 E-cores will hit its thermal ceiling before the 16 GB DDR4 memory saturates under heavy multi-threaded loads.

How loud and hot does the 14-inch chassis get during an all-day workload?

The 14.0-inch frame with integrated Iris Xe graphics and shared video memory stays warm on the underside and the fan becomes audible during extended high-load sessions.
