Business ultraportable with QHD touchscreen

The Dell Latitude 7480 is a 14.0 inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-7600U dual-core processor and 8GB DDR4 memory. It features a 2560 x 1440 QHD touchscreen and a 1TB M.2 SSD. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 drives the display. The system ships with Windows 10 Home and supports an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Connectivity includes Thunderbolt 3, HDMI, USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2.

Suits mobile professionals needing high pixel

This machine suits users who value a sharp 1440p touchscreen in a compact 14 inch chassis for presentations and detailed document work. The Thunderbolt 3 port enables docking and fast peripheral expansion on the road. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance for CAD or gaming should look elsewhere. Those requiring more than 8GB of memory for heavy virtualization will find the soldered limit restrictive without a memory upgrade.

2560 x 1440 QHD touchscreen is the deciding spec

The 14.0 inch QHD panel delivers 2560 x 1440 resolution with touch input, a combination uncommon in this class. It determines whether the laptop fits workflows built around high-DPI scaling, precise pen or finger interaction, and colour-critical review. If the workflow only needs a standard 1080p non-touch display, the extra pixel density and glossy surface add cost and reflection without benefit.
