14-inch QHD touch ultrabook for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 7480 delivers a 2560x1440 touchscreen in a 14.0-inch chassis, driven by an Intel Core i7-6600U running at 2.6GHz with 3.4GHz Turbo Boost. Sixteen gigabytes of memory and a 512GB SSD provide responsive multitasking and fast boot times. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate productivity.

Simple deployment with standard docking

The laptop uses common Dell docking connectors and standard SODIMM slots, so IT teams can image and deploy units quickly. The integrated graphics chip shares system memory, limiting 3D performance for design workloads. Touchscreen calibration may require a fresh driver install after a clean OS image.

Steady thermals during long work sessions

The dual-fan cooling arrangement keeps the i7-6600U near its base clock during extended compiles or video calls, preventing the throttling seen in thinner ultraportables. Surface temperatures stay comfortable for lap use even after several hours. Battery runtime declines gradually under continuous load rather than collapsing suddenly.
