Travel-ready 14-inch laptop

The Dell Latitude 7480 is a 14.0-inch business laptop built for professionals who need a compact device for office work and client meetings. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i7-6600U dual-core processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 drives the 1920 x 1080 non-touch FHD display.

Suits mobile workers needing legacy OS

This unit suits users who require Windows 10 Pro for specific software compatibility and value multiple ports including HDMI, Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet and a microSD reader. Buyers who need a touchscreen, a dedicated GPU, a newer Windows version or larger internal storage should look elsewhere.

32GB DDR4 memory configuration

The system ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory installed, which determines how many applications and browser tabs run smoothly without swapping to the 256GB NVMe SSD. Verify that this capacity matches your workload before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 14.0" FHD panel so I can verify bezel clearance?

The panel is a 14.0" 1920 x 1080 non-touch LCD; Dell does not publish millimetre bezel specs in the supplied data.

Which screw sizes secure the bottom cover for NVMe access?

Remove the nine Torx T5 screws visible on the base; the M.2 2280 slot is then exposed for the NVMe drive.

When should the 256GB NVMe SSD be replaced?

Replace the drive if SMART health drops below 10 % or write cycles exceed the vendor-rated TBW limit.
