Suits mobile professionals needing a compact

This configuration suits mobile professionals who need a managed Windows 10 Pro device with a 14-inch anti-glare display and integrated HD webcam. It is not for buyers who require a touchscreen interface, a larger screen diagonal, or a dedicated graphics processor for intensive 3D workloads.

14-inch 1920x1080 non-touch anti-glare display

The single specification that decides fit is the 14-inch 1920x1080 non-touch anti-glare panel. Users who need touch input, a higher native resolution, or a different aspect ratio must choose another model.

Questions about this item

Will the Intel Core i7-8650U throttle under sustained heavy workloads?

The processor runs at 2.8 GHz base and can reach 3.9 GHz with Turbo Boost, so thermal limits will determine how long it holds the higher speed.

How loud does the cooling get during an all-day work session?

The magnesium-alloy chassis helps spread heat, and the integrated graphics chip keeps power draw modest, so fan noise stays low for typical office tasks.

Do I need a separate dock to use dual external monitors?

The laptop provides HDMI and USB-C video outputs, so you can connect two displays directly without an extra dock.
