Business-grade 14.0" laptop for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 7490 combines an Intel Core i5-8350U processor running at 1.70GHz with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVMe drive. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed on a 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display. This configuration suits office workloads, video calls and light content creation on the move.

Ready to deploy with minimal setup

The system arrives with a fresh Windows 10 Pro installation, AC adapter and functional battery so it boots straight to the desktop. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 requires no driver hunting for external monitors via HDMI or USB-C. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance or user-replaceable memory should look elsewhere.

Steady thermals for long work sessions

Quad-core architecture and integrated graphics share a single cooling solution tuned for sustained office loads rather than short bursts. The 6MB L2 cache helps keep the 1.7GHz cores fed during extended compiles or spreadsheet recalculations. Surface temperatures remain comfortable during all-day use without throttling the 8350U.
