14 inch business laptop with Thunderbolt 3

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0 inch laptop built for professionals who need a portable Windows 11 Pro machine. It combines an Intel Core i7-8650U processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB M.2 SATA SSD. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display.

Mobile workers needing legacy ports

This configuration suits users who rely on HDMI output, a microSD reader and Thunderbolt 3 for docks or external displays while travelling. Buyers who want a dedicated graphics chip, a touchscreen panel or a larger storage volume should look at something else.

Quad core i7-8650U with 8MB cache

The processor delivers four cores and eight threads with a base frequency of 1.9 GHz and a turbo boost up to 4.2 GHz. This CPU spec determines whether the laptop can handle your workload within its thermal envelope.
