Ready for travel and client work

The Latitude 7490 combines an 8th-generation quad-core i7-8650U with 32 GB of DDR4 memory in a 14.0-inch non-touch chassis. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 FHD panel and external displays via HDMI or Thunderbolt 3. Three USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 wireless and Bluetooth 4.2 cover everyday connectivity. A microSD reader and webcam complete the feature set.

512 GB M.2 SATA SSD capacity and headroom

The 512 GB M.2 SATA solid-state drive provides fast boot and application loading while preserving battery life. It handles the operating system, a full office suite and large project files with room to spare. Storage runs out when users keep extensive local media libraries, virtual-machine images or raw photo and video archives on the internal drive. Adding external storage or cloud sync becomes necessary at that point.

Charger and battery included

The box supplies the laptop, its charger and the internal battery so the system is operational immediately. No docking station, stylus, carrying case or recovery media are bundled. Buyers who need a second power brick for a home desk, a USB-C hub for legacy peripherals or a privacy screen for travel must purchase those accessories separately.
