Questions about this item

Does the Dell Latitude E5450 come with a power adapter or do I need to buy one separately?

The package includes the laptop with Windows 10 Pro installed, 8GB DDR3L memory, 256GB solid state drive, Intel Core i5-5300U processor, 14.0 inch HD anti-glare display, HDMI and VGA ports, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SD card reader and universal audio jack. No optical drive is fitted.

Should I choose the 8GB memory version or upgrade to the 16GB maximum supported by the two slots?

The unit ships with 8GB DDR3L installed in a dual-slot configuration that supports up to 16GB total. For typical office multitasking and web browsing the factory 8GB is sufficient; heavier workloads such as virtual machines or large datasets benefit from adding a second module.

What does the 2.30GHz dual-core i5-5300U actually deliver in everyday use?

The 2.30GHz dual-core processor with integrated graphics handles document editing, email, video playback and browser-based tasks smoothly. The 256GB solid state drive keeps boot and application launch times short, while the 14.0 inch 1366 x 768 display at 200 nits provides clear indoor viewing.
