Fits IT deployments and legacy software

Organisations standardising on 6th-generation Intel platforms and DDR3 memory will find this unit ready for imaging. Buyers who need a pre-loaded Windows licence or a higher-resolution display should look elsewhere.

Max memory capped at 16 GB

The board supports a maximum of 16 GB across two slots and this example already populates that limit. Any workflow requiring more RAM cannot be accommodated by this chassis.

Questions about this item

Does the i5-6300U throttle at its 3.00 GHz turbo during long workloads?

The dual-core i5-6300U reaches 3.00 GHz turbo, but sustained clocks depend on the laptop's cooling solution and power limits.

How loud or hot does the E5570 get when running all day?

The 15.6-inch chassis uses integrated Intel HD Graphics 520, so heat and fan noise stay modest under typical office loads.

What must I supply myself before the Latitude E5570 will boot?

The unit ships with no operating system, so you must provide a Windows or Linux installation media and licence.
