DELL Latitude E5570 15.6" FHD Laptop

This new DELL Latitude E5570 laptop has a 15.6 inch FHD screen at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It runs on an Intel Core i5-6200U dual-core processor with a base speed of 2.30 GHz and a turbo of 2.80 GHz. The system includes 8GB DDR3 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. No operating system is installed.

Suits users needing a 15.6" FHD display

Buyers who need a pre-installed operating system should look elsewhere. Users requiring a touchscreen display will not find it here. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 does not suit demanding 3D applications. Memory is limited to a maximum of 16 GB across two slots.

No Operating System included

The product ships without any operating system installed. The buyer must acquire and install their own version of Windows or another OS. This single fact decides whether the laptop is ready to use immediately or requires setup time before first use.

Questions about this item

How do I install the M.2 NVMe SSD in the Latitude E5570 and what step is often missed?

Insert the 1 TB M.2 NVMe drive at an angle into the slot, press it down and secure it with the single retention screw; the step often missed is tightening that screw so the drive stays firmly seated.

What maintenance or replacement will the 8 GB DDR3 memory need later?

The two slots support up to 16 GB total, so you can add or replace modules with DDR3 SO-DIMMs to reach the maximum capacity when more memory is required.

What limit appears first during sustained loads on the Core i5-6200U with Intel HD Graphics 520?

The dual-core processor reaches its 2.80 GHz turbo ceiling quickly under heavy work, and the integrated graphics 520 becomes the bottleneck for prolonged 1920 x 1080 rendering tasks.
