Business laptop with FHD display

The Dell Latitude E5570 is a 15.6-inch business laptop built around an Intel Core i7-6600U dual-core processor running at 2.60 GHz with a turbo frequency of 3.40 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a new 500 GB 2.5-inch SATA SSD. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed for immediate professional use.

Thermals noise and power efficiency

The integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 handles everyday visual tasks without a discrete GPU, keeping heat output modest during typical office workloads. The U-series processor is designed for lower power draw, which helps the cooling system stay quiet during document editing, web browsing and video playback. Fan activity increases only under sustained heavy loads.

Included SSD and operating system

A brand-new 500 GB SATA SSD replaces any older mechanical drive, cutting boot times and application launches compared to a traditional hard disk. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is already licensed and configured, so the laptop is ready for domain join, BitLocker encryption and remote management features straight out of the box.

Questions about this item

How do I install extra memory in the Latitude E5570, and what limit do I hit?

The laptop has two DDR3 slots and supports a maximum of 16 GB, which is already fitted, so no further memory can be added.

Which part will need replacement first during long-term ownership?

The 500 GB 2.5" SATA SSD is the only mechanical storage component and will likely require replacement before other parts.

What thermal limit appears first when the i7-6600U runs at 3.40 GHz for extended periods?

The dual-core processor will hit its thermal ceiling and throttle clock speeds to stay within its power envelope.
