Dell Latitude E5570 15.6-inch HD laptop

The Dell Latitude E5570 is a 15.6-inch HD laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-6600U dual-core processor running at 2.60 GHz with a turbo frequency of 3.40 GHz. It comes with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a new 2TB 2.5-inch SATA SSD. The system ships without an operating system installed.

Memory and storage configuration

The laptop includes two memory slots supporting up to 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, allowing a future upgrade from the factory 8GB. The 2TB SSD uses a 2.5-inch SATA interface, providing substantial storage capacity for applications and files without relying on a traditional hard drive.

Display and graphics limits

The 15.6-inch non-touch screen offers a 1366 x 768 HD resolution driven by integrated Intel HD Graphics 520. This combination suits general productivity and media playback but does not support higher resolutions or demanding graphical workloads beyond the capabilities of the integrated graphics processor.

Questions about this item

Can the 8 GB DDR3 memory be upgraded later?

Yes, the laptop has two memory slots and supports up to 16 GB total, so you can add another module or replace both for more capacity.

Will the Intel Core i7-6600U throttle under long workloads?

The dual-core processor runs at 2.60 GHz base with a 3.40 GHz turbo, but sustained loads are limited by the cooling system and 15 W power envelope, so clocks will drop once thermal limits are reached.

How loud or hot does the E5570 get during all-day use?

The Intel HD Graphics 520 and low-power CPU keep heat modest, but the single fan will spin up under continuous load, producing noticeable but not extreme noise.
