Compact business ultrabook

The Dell Latitude E7250 is a 12.5 inch ultrabook built for mobile professionals who need a lightweight Windows 10 Pro machine. It runs on an Intel Core i7-5600U dual-core processor with a base speed of 2.6GHz and up to 3.2GHz, supported by 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB mSATA SSD for fast boot and load times.

Verify ports and display needs

Confirm your external monitors accept HDMI or mDisplayPort inputs, as these are the only video outputs provided. The 1366 x 768 non-touch anti-glare screen suits office tasks but limits multi-window work. With no optical drive, software installs require USB media or network access. The unit ships with a 130W or 180W adapter; ensure your spare chargers match the barrel connector.

Thermals and power in daily use

The ultrabook chassis manages heat from the dual-core CPU during typical office workloads without excessive fan noise. Power draw stays modest under the supplied adapter rating, and the integrated graphics keep thermal output low compared to discrete GPU models. Battery health is rated normal, supporting several hours of unplugged productivity depending on screen brightness and workload intensity.
