Dell Latitude E7450 14" HD Laptop

The Dell Latitude E7450 is a 14.0 inch HD laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U dual-core processor running at 2.30 GHz with a turbo frequency of 2.90 GHz. It comes equipped with 16GB of DDR3 memory and a new 500GB 2.5 inch SATA SSD. The system ships without an operating system installed.

Upgrade from older HDDs or lower memory

Replacing a traditional hard drive with the included new 500GB SSD significantly improves boot times and application responsiveness. The jump is worth it when moving from a system with 4GB or 8GB of RAM to the full 16GB supported by this model, allowing smoother multitasking on the dual-core architecture.

Suits users needing a ready-to-deploy Linux

This unit suits buyers who want a portable 14 inch business laptop with maximum memory and a fresh SSD ready for their own OS licence. It is not for users who require a touchscreen display, a dedicated graphics processor, or a machine that arrives with Windows pre-installed and licensed.

Yes, the 500GB SSD supplied is a 2.5" SATA unit that fits the standard drive bay.

What is the correct order for seating the two DDR3 modules?
