Refurbished Latitude 5520 with quad-core i5-1145G7

This refurbished Dell Latitude 5520 ships with Windows 11 Pro and a quad-core Intel Core i5-1145G7 processor backed by 32GB of memory and a 256GB SSD. The 15.6-inch non-touch display delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution. It suits professionals needing a ready-to-deploy business laptop with ample RAM for multitasking.

32GB memory and 256GB SSD configuration

The 32GB memory capacity allows smooth operation with multiple business applications open simultaneously. The 256GB solid-state drive provides fast boot times and quick file access for the operating system and core programs. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed, enabling immediate domain join and BitLocker encryption without extra setup steps.

Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.0 connectivity limits

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports support high-speed data, video output and charging through a single cable, though total bandwidth is shared across both ports. The single HDMI 2.0 port drives one external display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics use shared system memory, limiting 3D performance for demanding visual workloads.

Questions about this item

Will the 256 GB SSD need replacement if I run out of space?

The 256 GB SSD is the only internal drive; adding storage later would require an external drive because no second internal slot is mentioned.

What limits sustained performance on the i5-1145G7?

The quad-core i5-1145G7 with shared Iris Xe graphics will hit thermal or power limits first during long heavy workloads.

How loud or hot does the Latitude 5520 get when running all day?

With integrated graphics and a 15.6" chassis, fan noise and surface temperature rise noticeably under continuous load but stay within normal office limits.
