Refurbished 13.3-inch business ultraportable

This refurbished Dell Latitude 7390 is a compact laptop built for mobile professionals who need a lightweight Windows 10 Pro device with a responsive touchscreen. The quad-core Intel Core i5-8350U processor runs at 1.70GHz and handles everyday office workloads and web-based applications. Eight gigabytes of memory and a 256GB solid-state drive provide snappy boot times and enough space for essential files. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 uses shared system memory for video output.

Single memory slot limits future upgrades

The system ships with 8GB of RAM installed in the only available slot, so any capacity increase requires replacing the module rather than adding a second stick. Maximum supported memory is 16GB, which caps multitasking headroom for heavier workflows. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and ready for domain join or device management. Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports and one HDMI connector cover basic peripheral and external display needs without extra adapters.

13.3-inch touchscreen defines the form factor

The 13.3-inch panel delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution and supports touch input for direct interaction with Windows 10 Pro. Physical dimensions measure 12 inches wide by 8.19 inches deep by 0.64 inches high, and the unit weighs 2.9 lbs, making it easy to carry between meetings. Buyers who need a larger screen, discrete graphics, or user-replaceable storage beyond the single SSD should consider other form factors.

Questions about this item

Can the single memory slot be upgraded later, and what is the maximum supported?

The laptop has one memory slot supporting up to 16 GB total, so an upgrade from the installed 8 GB is possible by replacing the module.

What thermal limit appears first when the quad-core i5-8350U runs at full load for long periods?

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 shares system memory and has no dedicated VRAM, so sustained heavy graphics work will hit thermal throttling before the CPU does.

How loud does the fan get and how hot does the chassis feel during an all-day workload?

The 2.9 lb chassis measuring 12 x 8.19 x 0.64 inches uses a compact single-fan design; under continuous load the fan becomes audible and the bottom surface grows warm to the touch.
