A 165W P-VIP projector lamp module with bulb and housing pre-assembled for quick installation, rated 3,000 hours normal or 5,000 hours economy use
The Dell M210X projector lamp is a 165W replacement module designed for compatible Dell projectors. It arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing unit for straightforward installation. This genuine compatible lamp restores brightness and image quality for presentations, classrooms or home cinema setups.
The lamp operates at a rated 165W power draw during normal projection use. Cooling performance and audible fan noise depend entirely on the host projector's thermal design and selected lamp mode. Economy mode reduces power demand and heat output, extending the lamp's service life.
Rated lamp life is 3,000 hours in Normal mode and 5,000 hours in Economy mode. Buyers who require longer intervals between replacements should note that higher brightness settings reduce total runtime. The module is not intended for projectors specifying a different wattage or lamp type.

The module arrives as a fully assembled 165 W bulb and housing. Power off and unplug the projector, remove the old lamp cage, insert the new module until it seats firmly, then reset the lamp timer in the projector menu — skipping the timer reset is the common mistake.
The P-VIP lamp is rated for 3 000 hours in Normal mode or 5 000 hours in Economy mode. After that runtime the brightness drops and the lamp must be replaced; no other user-serviceable parts are inside the module.
The 3 000-hour Normal-mode or 5 000-hour Economy-mode lamp life is the first hard limit; once reached the projector will warn you to replace the lamp.
