A micro-form-factor desktop with a 20-core Intel Core Ultra 7 265 processor, 48GB DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe drive, plus Wi-Fi 6E and included keyboard and mouse
The Dell Micro QCM1250 is a micro form factor desktop built around an Intel Core Ultra 7 265 processor with 20 cores and a 13 TOPS NPU. It ships with 48GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe solid state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment in office or classroom environments.
The chassis measures 182 mm high, 36 mm wide and 178 mm deep, allowing placement behind a monitor or on a small desk shelf. A single DisplayPort 1.4a and an HDMI 2.1 port drive two displays without adapters. Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth handle wired and wireless networks. Front and rear USB ports include a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connector and a USB-A port with SmartPower On for charging devices while the system sleeps.
A Dell KB216 wired keyboard and MS116 wired mouse are bundled so the system is ready to use after connecting power and a display. The 13 TOPS NPU accelerates Windows AI Copilot features locally, reducing reliance on cloud processing. A TPM security chip supports platform integrity checks required by managed IT policies.

The 20-core processor runs at a 2.40 GHz base clock and can boost to 5.30 GHz with 30MB L3 cache, so thermal limits in the Micro chassis will determine sustained performance.
The 1.40 kg Micro form factor uses internal cooling for the 20-core CPU and integrated graphics; acoustic and thermal output will vary with workload and ambient temperature.
The system ships without a monitor; you must provide your own HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4a cable to use either video output.
