Refurbished Dell E7450 business laptop

The Dell E7450 is a refurbished 14.0-inch business laptop running Windows 10. It uses an Intel Core i7-5600U processor at 2.6GHz with 8GB of memory and a 1000GB SSD. The non-touch Wide XGA display shows 1366 x 768 resolution. Integrated graphics and sound handle daily office tasks.

Bundled power and no optical drive

The package includes the laptop, a battery and an AC adaptor so the system is ready to run. There is no optical drive fitted, which reduces weight and leaves the chassis thinner. Windows 10 Professional 64-bit comes pre-installed, removing the need for a separate operating-system purchase or installation media.

Gray chassis with webcam omitted

The gray chassis is rated A Grade for cosmetic condition. No webcam is fitted, which can suit environments where camera hardware is restricted. Internal speakers and an integrated sound card provide audio output without external peripherals. The absence of a touchscreen and optical drive simplifies the internal layout for service access.

Questions about this item

How often will the battery need replacing if the laptop runs all day?

The supplied battery is a used component; its remaining capacity is not quantified, so plan on a replacement once run-time drops below your needs.

Which component limits performance first during long workloads?

The integrated graphics share system memory and have no dedicated VRAM, so graphics-intensive tasks hit that ceiling before the processor does.

How hot and loud does the chassis get after hours of continuous use?

The 14.0" chassis relies on a single fan to cool the 2.6 GHz dual-core chip; sustained loads push the fan to audible speeds and the palm-rest area becomes warm.
