Ready-to-Install Replacement Lamp

The DELL NEC M322XS projector lamp ships as a complete module with the Philips UHP bulb already seated in its housing. It is designed for technicians or AV managers who need a direct swap for the NP28LP without handling bare bulbs or aligning reflectors.

Rated Life and Thermal Behaviour

In normal mode the lamp delivers 3500 hours of operation, while economy mode extends that to 8000 hours by reducing power draw and heat output. The UHP design maintains stable ignition voltage across the cycle, so fan noise and chassis temperature remain consistent with the projector's original specifications.

ISO9001-Qualified Build and Daily Handling

Each unit is manufactured to ISO9001 standards and tested for beam performance, ignition reliability, voltage stability and run-time before shipping. The pre-assembled housing means the lamp seats securely in the projector's existing mount with no extra brackets or cable adapters required.

Questions about this item

How do I install the NP28LP lamp module in my NEC projector?

The NP28LP arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing, so you simply remove the old module and slide the new one into the projector until it seats firmly.

When will the UHP bulb need replacement?

The lamp is rated for 3500 hours in normal mode and 8000 hours in economy mode before a replacement is required.

How long can I run the lamp continuously before heat becomes the limiting factor?

The UHP design is built for extended operation, and the rated life of 3500 normal or 8000 economy hours reflects the point where brightness drops, not a thermal shutdown limit.
