NEC NP28LP Compatibility

The DELL NEC M332X NP28LP is a new UHP projector lamp module supplied with a Philips bulb pre-fitted in its housing. It is designed for technicians and AV teams who need a drop-in replacement for NEC projectors that accept the NP28LP part number.

OEM vs Compatible Versions

The supplier stocks three OEM variants sourced directly from Philips, Osram, Ushio or Matsushita plus an ISO 9001 compatible alternative. Buyers who require the original bulb manufacturer's specification should select an OEM version; those needing a lower-cost module can choose the compatible build.

3500 to 8000 Hour Lamp Life

In normal mode the lamp is rated for 3500 hours and extends to 8000 hours in economy mode. Environments that run projectors continuously will reach the normal limit faster, while intermittent classroom or meeting-room use can approach the economy figure.
