Genuine NEC NP-M300WSJL replacement lamp

This 265 W UHP module fits NEC projectors that require the NP17LP part number. It arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing so installation is a simple swap without extra tools. The lamp is built to ISO 9001 quality standards and tested for beam performance, ignition and run-time before it ships.

Upgrade from a dim or flickering original

When the installed lamp drops below usable brightness or shows colour shift, this module restores factory-level output. The jump is worth it if the projector is otherwise sound and the lamp counter has reached the 3 000-hour normal rating or the 3 500-hour economy rating.

Rated for 3 000 hours normal or 3 500 hours economy

In everyday presentation use the lamp delivers thousands of hours before replacement is needed again. Economy mode extends the interval further while reducing power draw and heat. Heavy daily cycling or dusty environments will shorten the practical lifespan.

Questions about this item

Does the NP17LP lamp module come with the housing already assembled?

Yes, the NP17LP is supplied as a complete module with the 265 W UHP bulb pre-installed in its housing, so no separate assembly is required.

What is the correct way to reset the lamp timer after fitting the NP17LP?

After installation, open the projector menu, select the lamp-hour reset option and confirm; skipping this step leaves the old counter running and disables the 3 000 / 3 500 hour tracking.

When should I plan to replace the NP17LP lamp based on its rated life?

Expect roughly 3 000 hours in normal mode or 3 500 hours in economy mode before brightness drops enough to warrant a new NP17LP module.
