Replacement Lamp Module

The NEC NP-M300WSJL lamp module arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing unit, ready for immediate installation in compatible NEC projectors. It uses a genuine Osram UHP bulb rated at 265 watts, matching the original equipment specifications for brightness and colour accuracy.

Manufacturer-Grade Build

Each lamp is produced under ISO 9001 quality controls and tested for beam performance, ignition reliability, voltage stability, physical appearance, connector integrity and run-time consistency. Buyers receive a true OEM component sourced directly from Osram, avoiding third-party compatible alternatives that may vary in output or longevity.

Rated Life and Limits

Normal mode delivers 3,000 hours of operation, while economy mode extends that to 3,500 hours before brightness drops below usable levels. The 265-watt rating defines the power envelope; projectors requiring higher-wattage lamps or different bulb technologies will not accept this module.

Questions about this item

When does the Osram UHP 265W bulb need replacing?

Replace the lamp after 3000 hours in Normal mode or 3500 hours in Economy mode; the module includes housing so the whole unit is swapped at once.

What limits continuous operation first?

The 265W UHP lamp reaches its rated 3000-hour Normal life before any other component, so lamp ageing is the first limit under sustained use.

How much heat and power does the 265W lamp produce all day?

The lamp draws 265 watts continuously, generating proportional heat that the projector’s cooling system must handle during extended runs.
