Ready-to-install lamp module

The DELL NEC NP-P501XJL-N2 is a new replacement projector lamp module that arrives fully assembled with bulb and housing. It is designed for straightforward installation in compatible NEC projectors without additional tools.

Steady output across modes

The UHP 270W bulb delivers 2,500 hours of operation in normal mode and extends to 3,000 hours when the projector runs in economy mode. This rated life reflects continuous use rather than brief test cycles.

Manufactured to ISO9001 standards

Each unit undergoes quality checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time before shipment. The pre-fitted housing means the module seats securely in the projector's lamp compartment for reliable day-to-day operation.

Questions about this item

How much heat and power does the 270W UHP lamp produce during continuous daily use?

The lamp draws 270 watts and is rated for 2500 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode, so heat output and power draw remain steady for those durations.

What projector model must I already own for this NP-P501XJL-N2 module to fit?

It is built as a direct replacement for NEC projectors that use the NP23LP lamp assembly, so the projector must accept that specific housing.

Will this lamp work in an older NEC projector that originally shipped with a lower-wattage bulb?

The module is designed only for projectors specifying the NP23LP / NP-P501XJL-N2 part; installing it in a unit requiring a different wattage or housing would not be compatible.
