DELL NEC NP21LP 230W Projector Lamp

This replacement lamp module fits NEC projectors and ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing for straightforward installation. It is intended for users who need a direct replacement for the original NP21LP lamp in compatible NEC projector models.

230W UHP lamp rated for 3000 hours

The lamp uses a 230W UHP bulb with a rated life of 3000 hours under standard operating conditions. Actual runtime varies with projector settings, ambient temperature and usage patterns, so the rated figure represents a typical maximum rather than a guaranteed duration.

Check projector model compatibility before ordering

Verify that your NEC projector lists the NP21LP or NP-PA500XJL13ZL as the correct replacement part number. The module is supplied as a complete housing and bulb assembly, so no separate housing is required, but an incorrect part number will not fit or function.

Questions about this item

Which version of the NEC NP21LP lamp should I choose?

Four versions are offered: three OEM options from the original bulb makers or NEC, plus a compatible version using genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO 9001 quality checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time.

What does the 230 W rating mean once the lamp is installed?

The 230 W UHP bulb draws 230 watts of power in the projector, delivering the brightness the NEC model was designed for while matching the original voltage and ignition specifications.

How does the 3 000 hour lamp life translate to real use?

Rated at 3 000 hours, the lamp provides that many hours of typical projection before brightness drops to half; actual runtime varies with operating mode and environment.
