Genuine NEC NP23LP Replacement Lamp

The DELL NP-P451WJL-N3 is a complete lamp module containing a new 270W UHP bulb pre-fitted in its housing. It is designed as a direct replacement for the NEC NP23LP lamp used in compatible NEC projectors. The unit arrives ready to install without any separate bulb handling.

Verify Projector Model Before Purchase

Confirm that your NEC projector lists the NP23LP or NP-P451WJL-N3 as the correct lamp part number. This module is not interchangeable with other NEC lamp codes and will not fit projectors requiring a different housing design. Check the existing lamp label or the projector manual to ensure an exact match.

OEM-Grade Build With Standard Housing

Each module is assembled to ISO 9001 quality standards using bulbs sourced from major OEM manufacturers such as Philips, Osram or Ushio. The pre-assembled housing ensures correct alignment and secure connector engagement during installation. Rated lamp life is 2500 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode.

Questions about this item

Does the NP-P451WJL-N3 lamp module arrive fully assembled with housing, or must the housing be purchased separately?

Which version of the NP-P451WJL-N3 should I choose among the OEM and compatible options?

All versions meet ISO9001 quality standards; the OEM units come from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita, while the compatible version uses genuine OEM parts at a lower cost.

What does the 2,500 to 3,000 hour rating mean for daily projector use?

In Normal mode the lamp is rated for 2,500 hours and in Economy mode for 3,000 hours, giving roughly three years of typical four-hour daily sessions before replacement.
