Genuine Compatible Replacement Lamp

The DELL NP17LP is a new UHP projector lamp module supplied with a 265 W bulb pre-fitted in its housing for immediate installation. It serves as a direct replacement for the NEC NP-M420XJL model in compatible NEC projectors.

265 Watt UHP Lamp Life

Rated output is 265 watts with a quoted lifespan of 3,000 hours in normal mode and 3,500 hours in economy mode. Brightness will gradually decline as those hour limits are approached and the lamp will eventually require replacement.

Pre-assembled Housing and ISO9001 Build

The bulb and housing arrive fully assembled so no separate lamp alignment or handling of a bare burner is needed. Each unit is manufactured to ISO9001 standards and tested for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time before shipping. Buyers needing a bare bulb without housing or a different wattage lamp cannot use this module.

Questions about this item

Will the NP17LP lamp module fit the NEC NP-M420XJL projector I already own?

The NP17LP is built as a direct replacement for the NEC NP-M420XJL, with the same 265 W UHP bulb and housing so it installs without modification.

How can I confirm the 265 W UHP lamp is performing correctly after installation?

Check the projector menu for lamp hours resetting to zero and verify the image reaches full brightness without flicker or colour shift during the first hour.

Does the NP17LP come as a complete housing assembly or must I buy a separate cage?

It ships as a fully assembled bulb-and-housing module ready to install; no extra cage or tools are required.
