Small-form-factor desktop with 10th-generation hexa-core i5, 16 GB DDR4, 512 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB hard drive, and a 24-inch FHD monitor included
This Dell OptiPlex 3080 small-form-factor PC ships with a 24-inch full-HD IPS display, keyboard and mouse so it works straight from the box. The 10th-generation Intel Core i5-10500 hexa-core processor runs at 3.10 GHz with a 4.50 GHz turbo ceiling and 65 W TDP. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 UDIMM memory and a 512 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB hard drive give ample space for business applications and local files. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.
The 65 W processor and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 keep heat output modest inside the compact chassis. A single DVD-ROM drive is the only moving part besides the system fan, so acoustic levels stay low during typical office workloads. Power draw remains close to the rated 65 W under normal productivity tasks, leaving headroom on standard office circuits.
This bundle replaces ageing small-form-factor desktops that lack a modern SSD boot drive or a current-generation six-core CPU. The jump is worthwhile when moving from a dual-core or four-core system that struggles with multitasking and slow storage. Buyers who need discrete graphics, more than 32 GB of memory or additional internal drive bays should look elsewhere.

Remove the side panel, insert the M.2 drive into the motherboard slot at a 30-degree angle, secure it with the retention screw, then enable the M.2 slot in BIOS before Windows setup; the step often missed is the BIOS enable.
The 1 TB mechanical hard drive is the most likely part to wear out first; the 512 GB M.2 SSD and 16 GB DDR4 memory have no moving parts and typically last longer.
The 65 W processor will hit its 65 W PL1 power limit first, causing clock speeds to drop from the 4.50 GHz turbo toward the 3.10 GHz base to stay within the small-form-factor cooling capacity.
