Ready-to-use office desktop

The Dell OptiPlex 390 is a compact desktop computer built for everyday office and home tasks. It ships with an Intel Core i3-2100 processor running at 3.10GHz, 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 500GB hard drive. Windows 10 Home 64-bit is pre-installed and a USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Simple component access

The desktop case uses standard 240-pin DDR3 slots and a 3.5-inch drive bay, so adding memory or swapping the hard drive only requires a screwdriver. The 16X DVD±RW drive sits in a tool-less bay for quick removal. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 2000 means no separate graphics card is needed for typical productivity work.

Verify your display and OS needs

This unit provides VGA and HDMI video outputs, so confirm your monitor accepts one of those connections. Windows 10 Home 64-bit is installed; if your organisation requires Windows 11 Pro you will need to arrange that upgrade separately. The system includes Gigabit Ethernet but has no built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
