Questions about this item

Should I choose the 32 GB DDR3 RAM option or one of the lower capacities like 8 GB or 16 GB?

The 32 GB DDR3 configuration is the maximum this OptiPlex 7010 supports, giving headroom for heavy multitasking and large datasets, while 8 GB or 16 GB may limit simultaneous applications.

What does the i5-3470 3.20 GHz processor with 3.60 GHz Turbo Boost actually deliver in daily work?

The quad-core CPU runs at 3.20 GHz base and can reach 3.60 GHz on single-threaded bursts, so office suites, web browsers and light creative tools stay responsive under load.

How does the Gigabit Ethernet port limit network speed in practice?

The onboard Gigabit Ethernet caps wired throughput at 1 Gbps, so file transfers and backups over a local network will not exceed that bandwidth.
