OptiPlex 7090 Mini Tower

The Dell OptiPlex 7090 is a new business desktop in a Mini Tower chassis. It runs a 10th Generation Intel Core i7-10700 8-Core processor with 16MB cache, base frequency 2.90GHz up to 4.80GHz. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory, a 1TB SSD, DVD-RW drive, Intel HD Graphics, Gigabit Ethernet, wired keyboard and mouse, and Windows 10 Pro on a 260W power supply.

Who this suits and who it does not

This configuration suits offices that need strong multi-threaded CPU performance, ample RAM for multitasking, and fast solid-state storage in a serviceable tower. It is not for buyers who require a discrete graphics card for 3D rendering or gaming, nor for deployments that need a smaller footprint than a Mini Tower provides.

Build integration

The Mini Tower form factor accepts standard expansion cards and additional storage drives, while the 260W supply powers the included components. Five USB 3.2 ports handle peripherals without a hub. Integrated Intel HD Graphics drives displays directly, freeing a PCIe slot for other add-in cards. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and ready for domain join.
